Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. On a short stay or high season there might be a subtle price increase. ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION, YOU MUST INFORM US YOUR CHECK IN/OUT TIME.
As we offer family apartments, we require impeccable behavior of our guests at all time. No pets and parties are allowed. No guests may come after check in time.
Remember to bring a passport photocopy of all the guests. Since we offer tourist short-term rentals only, the owner can have access to his/her property during your stay (previously accorded). 1) What is the booking and payment process? - Online or on-site payment depending on the agreement. - You will be certain of your reservation when you receive our confirmation e-mail. - All payments must be in Euro. We only accept CASH on arrival otherwise you won't be able to stay at the apartment. If you cannot carry CASH, you must then pay the balance on our secure website. 2) What is included with the rent? - Electricity, gas, move in cleaning and heating is included.- Towels and linen are provided. - Housekeeping may be arranged depending on the length of your stay. However, we must point out that you are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment during your stay. 3) Check-in, check out and deposit? - Keys will be handed on your arrival to the apartment. Lost keys 50Euro. - Pay Pal charges a small commission in order to be able to take credit cards. This amount is paid by the customer and it is apart from the rent.
- On arrival the deposit together with the rent in CASH must be paid.- Check in is around 4pm and check out is at 10am. Check in/out at very different times may require the extra fee from 40 to 60 Euro. 4) What is the cancellation policy? - The booking is non-refundable. - In case of cancellation by our part, we will refund all the money paid immediately or provide another apartment with similar characteristics. 5) Damages to the property?
For 5 or 6 persons prices may vary.
- You are responsible for any damage done to the apartment and for any items removed from the location during your stay. Incluiding bed clothes. |
