The apartment is situated in a strategic position and can comfortably be taken as a reference point for tourist, cultural excursions and sports, in fact Gaia is at 15 minutes from the historical center, 15 from the Large square “Michelangelo”, and its adjacent to the Park of the “Albereta” on the rivers of the Arno, an ideal place for walking or jogging.
