The area

Lavinia apartment is located in the coast of Lazio, about an hour drive from Rome. Lavinio is also close to the famous port of Anzio, but offers a cleaner and prettier sand coast. The apartment is situated in the best area of Lavinio, you can enjoy the sea which is at less than 50 meters distance from the apartment. The apartment has been renewed in 2010 with all new modern furniture.

Apartment setup

Lavinia apartment is large and spatious. Each area has its own balcony and it is fresh during the summer, as the breeze circulates through the apartment. The apartment has a fine marble floors that stay cool in the summer. There is also heating for the winter season.

Livingroom

Painted with a pleasent cream color, the living room is delicately furnished with a sofa bed for two persons, table with chairs, tv, tv table, etc. The living room has a very large balcony with the street view and lots of green. We have a small acquarium with some Mugil cephalus or "Cefalo Comune". You dont need to feed or do anything with the acquarium as it has an automatic feeder.

Bedroom 1

Superb bedroom with a double bed and large closets. This room has its own balcony with sea view.

Bedroom 2

Very similar to the first bedroom. It has a comfortable double bed and the largest balcony.

Kitchen

Equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, oven, etc. It has its own balcony.

Bathrooms

Lavinia apartment has two bathrooms. One with shower, the other its used merely as an emergency bathroom (or when the first one is occupied).

Lavinio

Pictures of the piazza, there are restaurants, pizza, ice cream, etc. In Lavinio is possible to do sport fishing and collect other sea food such as shells (Telline), shrimps, etc. Sea food lovers will find fresh fish shops.

Lavinio has it all, both, sand beach and rock parts. Sand beach is perfect for having an umbrella and swimming while rock parts are best for people that enjoys snorkeling. Most of the times when the sea is calm the water is crystalline and clean. On the left side you can find several places to rent an umbrella and eat something, on the right side there is the free beach with the Tower of Tor Caldara and some rock formations. The Tor Caldara tower is an ancient tower set in the natural reserve of Tor Caldara. Green Mediterranean forests protected by the WWF.
