Area

Lavinia Apartment is located in the coast of Lazio, about an hour's drive from Rome (60km). Lavinio is also close to the famous port of Anzio, but offers a cleaner and more beautiful sandy coastline. The apartment is situated in the best area of Lavinio, you can enjoy the sea, which is less than 50 meters from the apartment. The apartment has been renewed in 2010 with all new modern furniture.

Apartment Setup

Lavinia Apartment is large and spatious. Each area has its own balcony, and it is fresh in summer, when air circulates through the apartment. The apartment has a fine marble floors stay cool in summer. There are also heating in winter.

Living Room

Painted with a pleasant cream color, the room is nicely furnished with a sofa bed for two people, table with chairs, TV, TV board, etc. living room has a large balcony overlooking the street and lots of green. We have a small aquarium with some Mugil cephalus or "Cefalo Comune". You do not feed or do something with aquarium since it has an automatic feeder.

Bedroom 1

Master bedroom with one double bed and large closets. This room has its own balcony with sea views.

Bedroom 2

Much like the first bedroom. It has a comfortable double bed and the largest balcony.

Kitchen

Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven, etc. It has its own balcony.

Bathrooms

Lavinia apartment has two bathrooms. One with shower, the other's used merely as an emergency bathroom (or when the first is occupied).

Lavinio

Pictures of the piazza, there are restaurants, pizza, ice cream, etc. In Lavinio is possible to do sport fishing and collecting other seafood such as shells (telline), shrimp, etc. Sea food lovers will find fresh fish shops.

Lavinio has it all, sandy beach and rock parts. Sand Beach is perfect to have an umbrella and swimming, while the rock parts are best for people who enjoy snorkelling. Most of the times when the sea is calm the water is crystalline and pure. On the left side you can find several places to rent an umbrella and eat something on the right side there is a free beach with Tower of Tor Caldara and some rock formations. Tor Caldara tower is an old tower is set in a nature reserve Thurs Caldara. Greens Mediterranean forests protected by the WWF.
