Renting an apartment in Rome is definitely an alternative accommodation to a hotel room or a bed-and-breakfast as for the cost and the comfort. The apartment enables you to live in a large, independent and personalized space, giving you the chance to prepare your meals by yourselves: therefore it is as comfortable as a real house.
We offer for your Roman vacation a spacious, panoramic and bright apartment very close to St. Peter's Square.

The apartment
It is a 750 sqft. apartment located in Via Vespasiano (Piazza Risorgimento) and it is only few steps away from St. Peter's Square in a neighborhood that happens to be architecturally fashionable and commercially lively.
The apartment is located on the top floor (it is the fifth one) of an elegant, early 20th century building, with elevator.

There are 2+2 sleeps.

It features:
-a bedroom with a a double bed
-a living room, which is separated from the bedroom by a sliding door, where you'll find a dining table, a double sofabed, satellite TV and Hi-Fi Stereo
-a large kitchen, with a window, completely equipped (electric oven and washer included, no dishwasher)
-a large bathroom, with a window, equipped with double sink, tub and shower

There is a central heating system and both the bedroom and the living room.
The living room balcony and both the bedroom and kitchen windows overlook a splendid, broad, panoramic view on St. Peter's Dome, Vatican Belvedere Palace, Bramante winding stair and Monte Mario hill.

St.Peter's Church tour
Start at the Gianicolo and enjoy the view. After a refreshment at Gianicolo, continue walking to the Vatican and further to St. Peter' Church. After visiting the church you may also continue to Sant'Angelo Castle.

Le piazze tour
Start with Pantheon, continue to Piazza Navona is just beside. Campo de Fiori is very near as well. One could take a bus and proceed to Piazza Spagna (Spanish Steps), Fontana di Trevi, etc.

Coliseum, Foro Romano, Piazza Venezia
Just take a bus, stop at “Colosseo”. Foro Romano is just beside, the tour ends at Piazza Venezia.

Villa Panfili
Experience one of the most marvelous parks in Italy. I recommend to try first Villa Sciarra which is much smaller than Villa Panfili. It's a day long tour to walk the whole park.

3) On arrival, you can pay the rest of the balance.

After the property is booked, direct contact with the owner / representative will be available. The rest of the tariff and the security deposit have to be paid on site, directly to the owner / representative.
