The apartment

The apartment Terraza has been completely renewed in 2002. They are comfortably furnished and have a spectacular sea view.

The apartment Terraza is located in the higher, panoramic part of Positano. They are ideal for a relaxing vacation and an ideal base for guests who like to make excursions along the coast.
The centre of the town can either be reached by local bus in five minutes, or descending the characteristic stairways.

About 90 sq. metres, consisting of:

• 1 double bedroom with air condition
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, air condition
• living room with tv, dining area and kitchen corner, air condition
• Shower bathroom

Equipped terrace;Internal staircase of about 85 steps.

Bus stop for the centre at 50 meters.

Bus stop for Amalfi, Sorrento, Naples, Rome at 20 meters.

Within a range of 200 metres there are: coffee shop, restaurant, tobacconist, food, fruit and vegetables, butcher, fish shop, post office, newspaper stand and cash machine.

Against payment:
parking with take and bring service, about 22 euro per day.
Rent a car and rent a scooter with take and bring service.
Boat excursions, rent a boat.
Transfer to train station/airport naples or rome.
Pool at about 50 metres against entrance fee.

After the property is booked, direct contact with the owner / representative will be available. The rest of the tariff and the security deposit have to be paid on site, directly to the owner / representative.
